Best way to ship a high end cue

Basic shipping rules for Cues: Shafts and cues must sit FULLY PROTECTED inside a hard outer surface shell ( PVC, HARD sided cue case)--
shafts and cues must not move inside the outer protective shell and must not have contact with any hard surface. PVC or hard sided case must sit inside an outer shipping box that is thick enough to withstand shipping rigors and should be three or four sided.

Do not use USPS- the tracking is garbage- UPS or FED EX preferred, ship on Monday or Tuesday if possible, use Wed. or Thur. only for overnight. One to three day shipping time absolutely MANDATORY---- Insurance to protect against loss, stolen, truck fires, etc. if desired by seller - OTHERWISE SELLER'S RISK.

Signature required for delivery - I don't like this feature as a seller ------ this can cause problems when buyers have second thoughts and then simply pretend not be home when the cue arrives- no delivery- they can easily get money back from a credit card or pay pal purchase.
