Was watching a game and a guy was shooting at the 3 ball about a half table away on a 9 footer, but the CB was frozen to the rail. He was standing way back with grip hand on butt cap and cue angled at almost 45 degrees, painful to watch.
The bartender and another player were betting a beer that the 3 ball wouldn’t come within a foot of the pocket he was going for. I told them I bet two beers that he wouldn’t even hit the 3 ball. He shot, missed the 3 ball by a mile and I smiled. The CB then went two rails caromed off a stripe and contacted the 3 ball .. so I lost

Caromed from a stripe? Danggggg, I'd have argued my case for having those two beers. He didn't hit the 3, he scratched haha

I hear ya, we all laughed about it but technically he did hit the 3 .. all in fun, we had a good time
