Better veneer = better points

I had a problem with some cheap veneer I used in my first attempt. This one came out a little better. If I'd have known it would come out this good, I would have used a better piece of maple for the forearm

Not bad at all. Remember that some people prefer the straight grained maple forearms. Keep up the good work.

Almost as nice as the BOO cue ... Very sharp and clean , I like it ... If the balls don't go in the hole you don't get paid ... Keep up the great work ... and keep posting pics ... Could be history in the making ...

BTW, My buddy just got his wife to join our 8-Ball team, so he had to give her her birthday present early. She loved the cue!
