This situation has been handled with the OP he has been refunded and the cue is being purchased from another AZ member who gets constant update pics and news about his cue.

I appreciate everyone who stood up for me in this thread and gave everyones opinions a good deal of thought.

what more can you say except you cant please everyone.

I have compiled a "Bad Cue Maker's List" and you were on the list. I will proceed to take you off the list since you resolved everything.

no more orders for me until the middle of 2013 ill be moving soon and dont want anything lurking over my head during the down time so all my orders will be completed and ill be able to focus on my new shop and getting everything in order and ready for 2013 :thumbup:

Who are you to make such a list

And

Why would anybody care?
 
no cuemaker should be paid anything up front. Then they would work and get stuff done, to get paid.
