Biago cue question

I have a chance to buy a Biago cue with a new linen wrap for $130.
It's in very good condition for a cue that was probably made in the 80's.
My question is was the Biago line a step up from the basic Adam cues?
It's like this one

Nice looking wood, I'd pay that much for it, but the wrap is not right for that design, need a black or something more one color.

The one I'm thinking about has the traditional white with green speck.
It brightens up a rather dark cue.

I bought a rosewood one with a white and green wrap at AAA Billiards in Aurora in 1987. My first cue. I wanted the birdseye one but they were out at the wholesaler so the pool hall owner had the rosewood ones or sneaky Pete’s available. I think he went to Crystal Leisure for them. It was about 100 then, I don’t remember the exact price. Wish I still had it for nostalgia sake. I don’t remember it being an upgrade to Adam cues. Maybe the opposite. A bunch of guys there had nice Adam cues and the Biagios were more of a starter cue the way I recall it. Solid cue

I've never heard of the brand, but for $130 I'd pretty much buy anything if it's decent quality.
