$30.00 includes table time and a meal.

Single elimination gives you a chance to “MATCH-UP” with someone if you lose. You don’t have to sit around all night waiting for your next round!!! Sounds GOOD!!

How many players showed up last week? Double elimination sounded good to me I'm just a mid level player lookin for exsperiance not to match up with those guys

We just started this tournament and started with 6 players just to get it going. The format proved to be wrong. (3-3)

So...we have decided o go with single elimination and a race to 4 which might sound like alot but, when your winning and constantly playing it's OK.

But, with double elimination.....when you lose and get put on the losers side and your just waiting...and waiting.....you can't really match up with anyone so it's not good.

But, with SINGLE elimination when you lose....your out and you can either cry and go home or you can match up with someone else who's been knocked out and get your game on!!! Yeah!!!

That was the most popular!! And we will do SINGLE elimination from here on out!!! Yeahhhhhh!!!

Just curious, how late did 6 players go?
 
Any word on how last friday went? How long did the tournament go? I am thinking about coming down friday and donating and want to make sure this is still happening.

We only had 6 people show but, that was the first time......sometimes it starts out slow but, gains fast!!

We changed the format to Single elim. Race to 4. So when people get knocked out they can match up with the others that lost. :grin:

This is going to be very popular so stop by and help me get this thing going. thanks, Rick.

It's been asked three times and you won't answer he question.
I have to assume that it goes past 2am with only 6 players.

Sorry.....have been very busy. We started at 7:15 and were done at 11:30.

I'm trying to encourage eveyone to come out and play 1 pocket!!!

Most everyone seems to really like the new format and so much that I've got several calls complimenting it so I would say this is going to grow...
