I just wanted to give a public thank you to Kerry for the attention to detail he put in on making me a set of vice-grip cloth pullers for recovering tables..With all the con artists and crooks I read about on this forum it was nice to meet someone who takes care of business, even after they have your money!!! Thanks again Kerry, I'll be in touch to order some RR sets from you. Prompt shipping, fair price, nice product!!!

ridgebackrails

Had a few valley tables in a pool room that the balls would hop up off the rails big time no matter how the balls were hit because of crap rails from valley and a combination of the rail frame pitching down..I tighten all the bolts I could trying to bring the rails back up a little with no effect on pitch'
Got a few sets of ridgebackrails covered with cloth bolted em up and there right on the money at 1 7/16 and flush with the top of veneer, with no ball hop and playing great...night and day difference when comparing the old and the new rails side by side or back to back when removed..
Da Dead Nutz for any valley rail style table....

Were there staples and folded cloth on the bottom of the old rails?

I received cloth stretchers yesterday evening. I can tell that Kerry cares about his work.

sounds like good old "made in the USA with pride".

Kerry, a bar owner named Bill should be calling you to order 3-5 sets of rails for valleys about 25 years old. that's one of my customers.

rails

The bar tables I installed the ridgebackrails on are about 25 years old as well and made a huge difference when installed....
Valley designed a 1 3/8 nose height rail...what a bad idea....

Ridgebackrails are the best thing for a valley..expecially when 3030 is covering bed and rails....

Kerry does great work and it shows. Are you going to answer my question about the rails?

Finally got to use my cloth puller

Just another shoutout to Kerry, I finally got to put his cloth puller in action, and it worked great. the puller I used before didn't have the vice grip frame so your hand took a beating trying to pull and hold the cloth tight, Kerry's design is much improved over that, and the tension/leverage tab is bigger and better. Thanks again Kerry

Ridgeback Rails

Just wanted to give Kerry another shoutout for his ridgeback Rails!!! What a great product at an even greater price. I was back in Hot Springs,Arkansas and helped my friend put on his City tournament for APA. We recovered about 15 tables that he owns in various locations. His number 1 bar for pool and his number 1 grossing table got a new set of Ridgeback Rails from Kerry. This was our first time using Kerry's rails. I recovered the table (1 year old valley) with Simonis on Friday about 3 pm. and buy the time I got back to the hotel and showered and back to the tournament for the evening matches I already had missed calls from pool players that play at that bar every day and were amazed at how much better the table played!!!! Thanks again Kerry, I'm sure we will eventually have all our tables with ridgeback rails on them, about as good as it gets with a valley bar box..Just wanted to let others know how much better Ridgeback Rails made a new table play, let alone an old one with wore out rails.

Wait until the cloth on the rails and bed wear in a bit on the Valley with RB rails, it will play even better/tougher. Add a bit of humidity and a shim to make 4 1/2" corners and you better hit center pocket or shot pocket speed. Shooting down the rail can get very touchy. I love them. Johnnyt
