Hi, as I know there are only 6 Diamond Barbox tables at Big Tyme Billiards. They plan to run the tournament with 128 players on 6 tables ???

Basically means they are going to be playing until the wee hours of the morning.
Last time I was there, they moved some of their big tables into the back corner and brought in a bunch of extra Diamond boxes. I don't remember how many. Maybe 8 or 10 more.
Where did you come up with 6 tables? Bigtyme is setup with 10 diamond bar tables on an everyday basis.
The tournament had 12 tables last year, was ran on a time schedule all day Saturday. 128 players, it was over by 10:00 Sunday night.
This year we are planning on 16 tables. We have em, whether we can get em in there or just 12 again is the question.

My apologies, I was inaccurate about the logistics at Big Tyme, but I took the OP's "6 box" baseline as a given. A more accurate statement would be that I was there during last year's tournament, and there were plenty of Diamond boxes, and yes, the tournament was extremely well run. I was able to schedule my photography/video sessions based on the start times listed on the brackets, without a hitch.
If any of you AZBers are near Houston, you should check this one out. There is ample room to get close to all of the match tables (without being in the way), so you can follow your favorite players throughout the tournament.

I played last time and it was ran perfectly. My only warning, if you are late for a match, even by a minute you will be forfeited.

, so I guess the website is not up to date anymore. With 16 tables no doubt the tournament will run smoothly. I was hesitated to sign up because of this matter and now it's already full, well will be there to watch anyway.
Oups I thought I was mistaken ( again 
), I did a search here and a list popped up, I guess it's the one of last year tourney lol.
