Hi All,

PRICE REDUCED AGAIN...$525 shipped!

I have up for sale a cue by cuemaker Bill Webb. This is a beautiful cue, the pictures do not do this cue justice. I'm asking $525, SHIPPED, prefer Paypal for payment. Now for some specs:

Cue is in 95% condition, the shaft could use a cleaning but thats about all.
6 point - 3 high and 3 low into Maple forearm. I'm not sure what wood the points are made out of, it looks similar to Snakewood, but not sure what it is. The points have 3 veneers in green, kinda orange, and black. All the points are very close to even, within 1/8 or 1/16" of an inch. Bill makes all of his own forearms. This forearm is also cored with what looks like purpleheart. The underwrap of this cue is radially spliced maple (similar to Predator shaft construction).
3/8x10 stainless joint screw, flat face joint
Cue weighs in at 18.9 oz
1 shaft - 12.9 mm.
Cue is signed "Bill Webb 11-05" on one of the points
Cue rolls straight

> Hey Jeff,Tommy here. I also have a Webb,a purpleheart with curly points, and am VERY impressed with his work. Last I heard, his lathe was down, bringing production to a halt. Mine is getting sent to his dealer in Washington to get rewrapped for free. This one is nice too,it kinda looks like Curly Koa in the points. Tommy D.

Hi Tommy,

Billy has his lathe back up and operating again. He just finished a batch of 4 or 5 cues and I think he already has them sold again. One of them is amazing, purpleheart construction, butt and SHAFT, and he used an old red billiard ball turned down for the buttcap, joint, and ferrule. Kind of a weird looking stick, but his workmanship is amazing on it. He's definitely turning out some very nice cues.

There's Mike Webb cues, Bill Webb cues and Spider Webb cues! Does anyone have a website for Bill Webb cues and Spider Webb cues?

Thanks,
Zim

Hi Zim,

Spider Web cues and Bill Webb cues are the same. Bill stopped using the Spider Web logo sometime last year I think and now signs all of his cues 'Bill Webb'. Bill does not have a website.

Mike Webb is www.webbcues.com and is a great guy and a regular poster here I think.

Thanks Jeff! I know Mike Webb and speak to him often. He's also a sponsor for the Gateway Amateur 9-Ball Tour!
