Hi there, I have been enjoying my new Black Crown II pool table with my kids. I bought it so we could play as a family. So far, we have been playing 8 ball, 9 ball and cut throat. Are there any other games anyone would recommend? One pocket does not interest me. We also play snooker (my 10 year old and I). Thanks.

BANKS! Great game for multiple players/ring games. Give a point for each rail, Instead of scoring per ball
 
straight pool. kids have more fun bc they can shoot anything. also know as 14.1 continuous
 
One ball

Here is a game I use at parties and for kids as well as adults. Put one ball in the middle of the end rail. Breaker shoots the first shot from behind the line. If the breaker makes the ball, game over and next player up. Loser goes to the end of the list.

Any scratch or foul gives the incoming player ball in hand.

The games go quickly, luck counts a lot, any one can win and everyone gets to play a lot.
 
Cribbage. Two balls that add up to 15. Make the 12, must then shoot the 3. Miss the 3, spot the 12 etc etc

3 ball can be a fun and addicting game especially if playing for money.....

Start with any 3 balls racked in a triangle. Whoever makes all 3 in the least amount of shots wins..... If 3 people are playing and each one throws 5 bucks in each round you can carry over if anyone ties until there is a winner... Pretty fun if you ask me

15 ball rotation, scored by points, face value 1=1 pt, 2-2 pts and so on. There,s a 120 pts total. 2 players or 2 teams first one to 61 pts wins. Three or more players high score wins.
