billet strips ?

Does anyone know where to get billet strips like the ones in the picture? It is .06 x .25 by 12 inches long and is made out of the same fiber material that the fiber rings from Atlas are made from. I got the billet in the picture from a E bay auction not sure where he got it and it has been to long to look it up in my history to ask him where he got it.

I got some strips and linen from the same people.
I believe they used to make cues for Mali but Mali moved their operations overseas.

Seems to me i saw them on ebay,are thwy only one color?what is another good source for presized billet rings?

I buy the fiber sheet from Atlas and cut them up, myself. It's like $3 for a 12x12 sheet. A little time with the band saw, and VIOLA!
