Can anyone help me to what form I need to use if I want to sell billiard ball sets and I also need help with identification with a lot of sets that I have

identify here and sell on the Wanted/For Sale section. No clue what they're worth. There's some ball guys on here that will know for sure. UD: i chek'd on-line and saw same set for 100bux. They weren't as nice so probably 125-150ish to right buyer.
