I recently found a great app in the app store called BILLIARD NOTES.
When I was taking part in the German Championchips last month I had the opportunity to meet Holger (HolgerS here in the forum) who devellopped this training app.
He is well a german pool instructor who studied physics (so a kind of the german Dr.Dave:smile
His app is for any student and instructor of our beloved game I think.
Actually it is only possible to use it when having an apple product like an Iphone, an Ipad, or an apple notebook but the app will be available for android based pads and phones in the near future too he told me.
The user of the app is given 50+ training shots (from single shots to position drills and 8-ball specific training drills) and you can even create your own drills using the app too.
You can easily and quickly safe your personal achievements, watch your stats and safe them using the app.
Language is English, the price is very very moderate and value is great in my opinion!
I tried it with some of my students and all of them liked it too!
If you are a player that wants to work on your basics and store your stats all you need to have is your cue and your Iphone and it is a great tool.
