i've been told that's one of my "bad" traits. i'm too much a perfectionist. but i'm sure my cue partner keith don't mind that at all. ;) :D

it's a mid eighties 2 cycle lawnboy so it's plolly' worth 2 of dem' szam's ya know. :D . do i have to come with it? i set the cutting bed as high as possible during the summer so the roots won't get burned by the sun. i use only echo edgers cause they seen to run forever. even though i hate doing yard work i still find myself wanting it as perfect as i can get it. it's lots of work i'll tell ya.

Was sold to me as cocobola but its really dark, my thoughts are brazilian rosewood. A couple of other people who have looked at it agree. Same grain as a brazilian rosewood Szamboti I own.

Guys and Gals:

I called Tony regarding the points on my cue... an AS-8, and he said phenolic over and over, putting an end to the ivory rumor. I also took that to be an end to the holly rumor. I think he was telling me that all AS points were phenolic.

I thought that my cue might be a forgery due to its condition (pristine) vs. its age and the fact that no serial number was engraved in the weight bolt... I can't remember what is engraved in the bolt, but Tony told me that it is a weight designation that he etches on the bolts to keep them sorted before installation. He also laughed and said that there are not many BB forgeries out there.

Now, regarding this particular cue... the price is exactly right, so I am thinking that somebody should pick this up... If you have been waiting for a BB, this looks to be a good one for a fair price.

Thanks mate, I appreciate the words. Cue is a baragin at $2500. It will not get any lower.
