Thanks Zeek. If it doesn’t sell I won't be too disappointed. I have mixed emotions about selling it because it plays very very well. In fact, I have another Blackcreek and it is a player to! Travis makes a great cue! I just don't need two.
I haven't seen this cue in person but I did see Travis's cues at the Expo. I wasn't real familiar with his cues but I can tell you this. His cues had the best finish on them that I have ever seen and I have seen thousands of cues.
If they play as good as they shine this is a great deal on a cue.
i hit some balls with a blackcreek cue at valley forge...
it played very well.. i was extremely happy with it.. although i did not buy it. i would have loved to but money is tight right now...
the cue i played with had an ivory joint and it played top notch.. the cues have realy nice quality.. every cue they had there was beautiful and well made..
the guy who makes them wasnt there but his dad was.. and his dad seemed to be a great guy so i can only imagine that the cue maker himself was a super guy too..
i wasnt going to shoot with it.. but he insisted and i am glad i did.. it was a nice experience..
the price is very reasonable for the amount of work you get.. its deffinatly a great cue for the price.. i can see their prices going up in the near because they very well diserve it...
my only thing i didnt like.. not that i didnt like it.. i am not sure.. the lizard had something sprayed on it to make it shine.. it looked really neat but it felt weird in my hands.. maybe if i would have played with it longer i may have gotten to like it.. i dont now if they do that to all their cues or just the ones at the show.. it maybe something you might want to check on.. i think i would go without it.. i like the lizard naked..lol..
