Whats the (for lack of a better word) redest red coloured material that one can get in a cue? I've heard of blood wood and red coral but what do they look like, and how do they play?

Any other suggestions on different materials would be much appreciated as well as any responses to my prior questions.:)

There are also some very nice french stained inlay/ veneer materials in red.

Red Mallee or Red Morrell are really deep red. You could also find some Amboyna burl that is deep red, pretty hard to find. That red correl looks pretty interesting. I have a cue that I'm just finishing with red amboyna, pm me if you want me to send you a pic.

I like to see a cue with some redheart in it....maybe even a forearm of redheart...:)
