I read at your site you know about tables too........My question is about your thoughts on the Diamond Tables. vs. The Gold Crown 4. Which you think is better................taking into consideration........Play.......Construction......ease of setup.....and overall thoughts. My main complaint of the Diamonds it the pocket setup.....and enourmous difference in the recovering of the 2 tables. Diamond having alot of extra work involved.

I own a 9' diamond with matching light. I have had it for several years. It's a nice "tight" table. I did just recover it a few weeks ago, with 860....As far as recomending one, I'll have to decline. I am working on a movie project that will involve many table guys. I just don't feel like stepping on toes. I hope you understand.

I completely understand........Another question..........not sure if the first ones we have done were this way but the last 5 I know have had this problem. The baskets are too small.......they don't reach the bottom of the slate right. And they seem to be too small. I know the leather will relax eventually, but they just aren't big enough.

They will "get " broke in, in time. Just relax, and keep packing them in the hole. Fire them in.
