CJ's Bludworth cue

CJ has owned that cue for a long time. I've never seen another Bludworth cue made with that design on the internet for sale, but he may have built others like it. CJ must like it a lot since he could own and play with whatever he wanted to. I've seen CJ playing with that cue, in fact I was present at the US Open ring side during the match that your video link goes to. CJ didn't play great, but after a few bad things happened to Earl he basically gave up.

I remember watching him play with the cue. I knew a guy in New Orleans who had a sister cue to it, but he passed away and I don't have a clue what his widow did with them.
 
Here's the weird part... I actually owned a sister cue to that one as well!

I believe Blud made 4 of them. The one I had was a higher end one that had a leather wrap and ivory joint. I actually emailed CJ via his website before I bought that cue. He said he preferred the hit of the phenolic jointed cue over the ivory, but obviously he loves the way it plays.

My system crashed a while back, and I can't find the pictures I took of the cue. It was very unique though.
