Bludworth Joint Protectors

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I wasn't sure which was the best and couldn't find anything in the search. Does anyone know who can make joint protectors for Blud's pin? I have 2 cues (2 shafts each) that I need JPs for. I have reached out to Blud a couple of times through email but haven't heard back. I'm not looking for anything fancy, just something functional.

Thanks for the help.

Apology for my confusion.
As per requested via my 1st neg rep, I altered this post.**

Somebody was running a Bludworth eBay account for a while.
I bought one of the sneaky Pete's that were up for auction; half a dozen were available.
I contacted them via eBay messaging, regarding the cue being 16oz, after having asked for a 19-20oz cue.
They responded immediately, and sent me 1 of every style and size weight bolt available. Probably about 10-12 bolts. I thought that was a great gesture,
but also led me to believe that they person wasn't Blud Sr.
After discovering that none of the weight bolts fit, I ended up selling the light weight cue to a friend.
There are guys on here that make beautiful joint protectors professionally. I'm sure one of them could help. I found out Atlas billiard supply now sells his pin size.

I thought Leonard was alive and starting to build cues again.
Leonard even posts on Facebook

Leonard, Blud Sr., passed away years back.
His son was running an eBay account for a while.
I bought one of his dad's sneaky Pete's that he put up for auction. He had half a dozen available.

You might have to get a set of 3/8x11 JP's,
and force screw it down until it's created it's own thread groove. Or, maybe proficient billiards could help.

His work is very nice.
Jim Baxter might be able to help as well.
Who told you he died? AFAIK he's more than alive.

Well egg all over my face. That's just what I'd heard from someone out here. I didn't investigate the information myself, and I don't do Facebook.
So he just took a break?!
It's great to learn I'm misinformed.

Not egg on your face.
Don't listen to the guys in the pool hall.
I know a guy who had lunch with J Flowers a couple years ago.

Blud has a Blud private label joint and thread count on his cues. Not standard.
I think you need to talk to him or a custom cue mechanic to get a set.

Thanks for all the responses. I knew it was a shot in the dark, but appreciate it. I will keep trying to get ahold of Blud.
