Title is pretty self-explanatory. Excellent condition other than a small crease on the bottom right corner of the cover.

Would you know which Blue Book of Pool Cues had the custom cue with the snake skeleton done on ivory on the cover? I cannot seem to find that book anywhere. I Have Blue Books first edition and 3rd edition.
