Bluegrass Cue ID

I have three Bluegrass cues. All three are signed Richard Harris, all three have the same build characteristics, such as 1 1/8 inch pin etc and all three seem to have been made by the same builder. One of the three does not have the build year and sequence info under the bumper. Has anyone ever seen a Bluegrass cue without the info under the bumper. Is it a Bluegrass or not. I appreciate your input

It looks like someone messed with the bottom of the whole and possibly removing the serial number? It looks like one of Richards earlier cue (first year or two) by the rings and bumper. Another way to confirm is to take the wrap off. It should be dated and signed under the wrap. You could also send it to Richard and he could confirm if it's one of his.
