It definately looks like one I sold at VF but Mine had brass rings. Are you sure about the silver?
 
I was told silver

I will probably know tomorrow. Got it from Bruce in a 3 for 1 trade for my signed Scruggs cue.
He said he picked it up at VF.

If its the cue I'm thinking of, it has brass rings. By the pictures, that is exactly what it looks like.

Talked with my buddy

He picked up the cue at VF and was going to play with it. He loves wrapless cues. Later at VF he ran into Mr Dzuriichy. He liked the way my friend was playing and told him so. My buddy liked his cues and bought a breaker and a highend fancy wrapless cue. He was offered a giant discount at that time when my friend mentioned he couldn't wait to play with the cues. He said he was more than happy to give the discount if my friend was going to make the cues his players! And my buddy never asked for it. And Already had agreed to the cues.
So because of this he had no use for another player. This cue has not bounced around. It was bought chalked, test hit, then put up!
I took this cue and two more and some differance in trade for one of my very collectable Scruggs cues.
It is 96%. 100% is new. Chalked and test hit is 96%, And that is a understatement.
He just didn't need it after he made the deal for his wrapless Dzuricky. And this cue is basicly brand new!!!!!!!!!!1
