Bob Frey working with Tim Scruggs

So I have an older Scruggs Sneaky Pete and trying to see if there is a chance that Bob made/worked on this cue back then, and did Bob work on SP in TIm’s Shop? Can anyone tell me the years Bob worked at Tim shop.

Yeah I read that, but it doesn’t give any real dates when Bob started or left Tim’s shop. So the question is.....was Bob working in Tim’s shop in 1986-1989 if so, did he work on bar cues while there? I started going to Tim’s shop in the early 90’s and only dealt with Tim and Mike and didn’t see anyone else who may have been in the back working.
 
I don't know if this helps any, I bought a Frey sneaky new in 1989 or 1990. The cue looked just like a house cue with a rubber bumper and flat faced joint. That thing played great and I wish I still owned it today. I paid something like 125.00 for it back then.
