Bob Harris Custom Cues

This isn't a cue review, but a review of a cue dealer, Bob Harris from https://www.bobharriscustomcues.com/.


I bought a cue from him a couple months ago. The transaction was smooth and he ships fast and communicates great. Within a couple of days of receiving the cue I told Bob there was an issue with it (a very slight rattle in the butt). Without getting into a long boring story, Bob went above and beyond to make things right. More than I ever expected in fact.

So if you are ever debating to buy something from his site, know that Bob is a stand up guy that will do the right thing to make a customer happy.
