I emailed Bob from shurtz cue just a few weeks ago to have him refinish one of his earlier cues and I was very impressed firstly with the work, and secondly with turn around. It was exactly 2 weeks plus ship time there and back so just under 3 weeks. Great work from Bob.
Price was very fair.

For the past 7 years I have bragged about Bob’s approach to cue making
and in particular, how he treats his customers and even prospective ones.

He makes having a cue built the best experience anyone could really hope for.
And his workmanship is on a par with any cue maker you can name still alive.

Thanks Bob for my cues…….BTW, I think it may be time to trade some Yankees players.
