bobcad 23v bobcad 24

i just upgraded to bobcad24 from bobcad 23 and i am having trouble selecting the geometry . the program runs as 23 until i try to make this selection and it doesnt take . it doesnt seem like it is different but something isnt working.

I have not used version 23; however I found version 23 quite nice to use. If you are running the milling wizard, when you get to the geometry screen click the button then click on each line in the section you want to mill. Once all your selections are made just press the space bar and you will return to the wizard.

I am currently running 23. Not worth the extra $ to upgrade yet. I would say that if you are having issues selecting geometry then you have some small gaps in your lines. You can check this by just choosing the selection tool. If you shift+ click on of the lines and the hole chain does not highlight then you have a break. Check each joining line for gaps by zooming in.

im using drawings that were generated in 23 and new drawings also. the selection mask isnt functioning properly. i have used 2007 and v23 for years. something seems to be amiss withv24.
