Bonus Ball

I know Bonus Ball died out years ago, but I found that it is a perfect game for a group of seniors that I teach and was wondering if there is any source for detailed rules for the game. Searching the internet resulted in general rules, but nothing that gives all of the details for the game as it was played.
If anyone can lead me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.
 
They have learned many new games which they never knew existed and I was looking for a game that challenges them and allows their minds to get a workout and Bonus Ball fit the bill. They know the basics and I am using this game as a tournament between the teams we have put together. They think it is fun and they like the challenge, but I only have them doing basic rules that I got from watching some of the old videos on YouTube.
I know a lot of what I read online that many people don't like Bonus Ball, but I've brought these seniors from not ever playing pool to being able to make some incredible shots. They range in age from 66 to 87, and the 87-year-old practices every day at our clubhouse pool table. Learning new things seems to keep them energized and continually looking forward to our pool sessions.
