Been doing some research and also received some recommendations from here on the forums and decided to place an order for some Pool books. I have a break from classes coming up soon so I figured I'd spend that time practicing and playing pool. Here's the books I've decided to order:
Play your Best Pool - Phil Capelle
Capelle's Practicing Pool - Phil Capelle
Illustrated Principles of Pool and Billiards - David G. Alciatore
Banking with the Beard: Secrets of a Master Banker - Freddy Bentivegna
The Science of Pocket Billiards - Jack H. Koehler
I figure that should be a good start on my billiards library. I have access to a few nine footers here at my school, so I just have to commit myself to maybe two to three hours of pool a day. You think that would be overkill?
