Book recommendation for mental focus

I've always been a fan of The Inner Game of Tennis, but I found this more useful. "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle won't be everyone's cup of tea as it is much derived from Buddhist teachings and not focused on sport but on life in general. However, it has seriously clued me in to ways to improve my mental game and my focus. There is a free pdf online that I found by googling.

Check out the audio book of any paper book you're looking at. Something about being told in a calming voice things to improve on and actions to take seem to help.

Also, take notice of when you do something really well. A good practice session, big tournament win, gambling match, etc. What was different, did you not look at your phone, music playing, interaction or no interaction with the person you were playing, had a filling meal before the playing.
