Bouncy rails

I just saw an interview with Imran Majid in which he said the rails are playing really bouncy in Vegas.

What are your feelings about bouncy rails? Is this a new trend or something? How do you adapt your game to it other than the obvious (faster, shorter angles, and the fact that they make it more difficult to pocket the ball)?

I'm kind of used to bouncy rails because that's how they play in my homeroom (Amsterdam Billiards), but they really sour the game for me.

Incidentally, if a table is playing bouncy, I prefer fast cloth which I usually don't like because of the slide. The only merit of fast cloth for me is that it is less divoty, but playing with bouncy rails and slow cloth makes the game wholly unpredictable for me.

Your thoughts?
