I've had this bar box for about five months now and could never make the 1-ball more than about 10% of the time in a 9-ball rack break. I use to be pretty high % with the 1-ball in the side. John Stackhouse spent an hour with me when he had his room in Tampa showing me how to hit it.
Today I was playing the ghost and what pops into my head? Buddy Hall had told me years ago if I wasn't making balls like usual to break from the other side... duh.
I rack them tight and bingo, in the side the 1-ball flys, and about 75% of the breaks since then. I'm killing the 9-ball ghost now. Stick a folk in him...he's dead. Johnnyt
