It's kinda like special ordering a brand new car. Having the car delivered to ur house, and u holding onto the car for years without driving it ever. Now even though its now owned by you, whenever u sell it with "0" miles on the odometer, its still brand new. Now for the cue.....brand new it was delievered to him and never use "chalked". So he has kept it for years without putting the ugly blue chalk on it. Still makes this cue brand new, because it dosnt have an "strokes" on it or any blue chalk. Doesnt matter if its 2 years or 200 years. If its unused then its still considered brand new. Now just imagine if u had a 1967 Shelby GT 500 with "0" miles still on the odometer............=-)
