Today I had a issue with a predator z2 shaft that i had just gotten from seyberts.Did seyberts try to argue, no they just said." send it back we will make everything right." If your looking for anything billiards look at seyberts (bravo again seyberts) RAK-M-SKR

Agreed! Myself and a friend purchase a lot of items from Seybert's. They have ALWAYS stood behind their products, replaced any items not to be exactly what was ordered, and offered great prices to us as continuing customers. DO NOT be afraid to trust them, they are great people to work with.
Totally agree. Seybert's prices are probably the lowest and great customer service. I ordered a Tip-Pik and when it arrived it had some black tar like substance covering some of the tines (probably some adhesive melted during shipment). When I called they said no need to return it they just sent another. It's that kind of service that wins and keeps customers.

I placed an order there. It was my first online pool purchase per recommendation from a forum member. I accidentally put the wrong address (College address, my building address and not the delivery box) I realized it, called them. Got an answer right away, was asked to verify a few things and it was changed without problem.
I will definitely be looking there if I need anything else.
This response also made me remember my PoolDawg.com order and I just remembered they were supposed to send me a glove with my stick. I got a little pissed I didn't have it. But, I just checked the box it came in and sure enough it was in there. I like both places so far.

I agree. I ordered 2 OB-1 blanks from them and they called to tell me they had one blank but not two because were temporarily out of blanks and asked if they could match my joint and ring for free. It was a simple nickle ring and schon joint on a custom cue and they matched it. It fit perfect and I was playing with it the day it arrived. Fantastic customer service.
