Brazilian Rosewood & Leather Wrap for Remy

Howdy all. This cue was just put in the mail to AZ member Remy.

As the title says, the forearm and sleeve is Brazilian rosewood. After talking it over with Remy, we decided a flat black oil tanned wrap would go best with this cue. All white in the butt is juma, ivory ferrule.

The handle underneath the wrap is straight grained purpleheart.

I had a tough time taking decent pictures of this cue (probably because I suck at taking them). I ended up using the flash to try and show some of the grain in the forearm/sleeve closeups. The natural color is a lot closer to the background/full cue pic.

I couldn't seem to get the small debris/lint off the butt sleeve when I took the pics.

I'm very glad you like it. Customers liking the cue I send them, and me always getting better as a maker are ultimately all I care about in cuemaking.
