I have bought 2 J&J Break/jump cues, and I am very pleased with them.
You can find them on Ebay quite often. That's where I got mine. I bought an extra shaft for mine, so I have one with phenolic tip and one with a super 'dub' tip (leather). They break as good as anything I have ever tried.

Yes... they are good break cues and cheap... if you want something effective and at a budget price... go for it. Had one a long time ago, worked great...
