As I mentioned in my earlier post, I think you can set a "sound target" for your break, and it can help you break with a more consistent speed.
Try clapping your hands twice next to the phone, trying to get the app to display your target speed.
It's weird how much this helps me when I'm preparing to break.
Also, you can use the app, with a decent amount of accuracy, while watching a video or live stream, although you might need to use the manual "sound wave" function.
And if you're having a bad day, just set the app to barbox size and break on a 9 foot table. You will instantly feel better about yourself
