Here are the break statistics from the seven 9-ball matches streamed by Accu-Stats on July 28 (final day) from the Southern Classic in Tunica, MS.

The conditions for this event included: Diamond 9-foot table with pro-cut pockets, Simonis cloth, Diamond wooden rack, winner breaks, rack your own, break from anywhere behind the line, no jump cues allowed, and Express (slop counts) rules.

The 7 matches (82 games) were as follows:

Overall results -- The breaker made at least one ball (and did not foul) 82% of the time (67 of 82), won 56% of the games (46 of 82), and broke and ran 29% of the games (24 of 82).

Here's a little more detailed breakdown of the 82 games.

Breaker made at least one ball and did not foul:​
Breaker won the game: 42 (51% of the 82 games)​
Breaker lost the game: 25 (30%)​
Breaker fouled on the break:​
Breaker won the game: 1 (1%)​
Breaker lost the game: 5 (6%)​
Breaker broke dry (without fouling):​
Breaker won the game: 3 (4%)​
Breaker lost the game: 6 (7%)​
Therefore, whereas the breaker won 56% (46) of all 82 games,​
He won 63% (42 of 67) of the games in which he made at least one ball on the break and did not foul.​
He won 17% (1 of 6) of the games in which he fouled on the break.​
He won 33% (3 of 9) of the games in which he broke dry but did not foul.​
He won 27% (4 of 15) of the games in which he either fouled on the break or broke dry without fouling.​

9-balls on the break: The 24 break-and-run games included only one as the result of making the 9-ball on the break.

9-foot 9-ball -- 56% (46 of 82)​

Break-and-run games:
10-foot 10-ball -- 9% (13 of 150)​
9-foot 9-ball -- 29% (24 of 82)​

Caveat -- The number of games represented here is still pretty small, so generalizing from these results might not be appropriate.
