I was definitely curious about them, but hadn't really found any reviews. It seemed like a really interesting concept. I'm happy with my perfect storms for now.
Break tips.. whats good?

Caiden Fenrir is a different kind of tip. To determine how good it is depends on whether its been installed in "Powerhouse",
"Technician" or "Hybrid" modes. The tip sells for $45. Install its' black-side up to get Technician mode. Install its' black-side down to get Powerhouse mode. Install tip in Technician mode, cut it down to four layers (about 4mm), and "Hybrid" mode is made.

Yes, it's the kind of tech spiel that the audience where I am located will happily shill out 2 or 3 times the RRP for just to say they have one. But as I mentioned, one of the only guys I know who sells their product here doesn't really like it (and he is otherwise pretty positive about their playing tips)
Phenolic tips offer no control. I need to put spin on my break. I used the Kamui Sai Control and while I wasn't disappointed, I found it to be not worth the price. I switched to a Bulletproof and am MUCH happier. It smacks the hell out of the cue ball, much better than the Sai, and due to the ability to hold scuffing well it holds chalk better than any break tip I have used. The spin I am able to put on the ball is impressive. I do the stick repair at Towne Billiards in Hamden, CT and every customer that I have installed one for absolutely loves it.

I have a BK Rush with all the weight moved forward and a bulletproof tip. Keep it scuffed and use kamui chalk because the stuff is like caked on makeup and won’t fall off. I get good control on the break and/or bust the hell out of the rack if I want to. I prefer to control the cue ball when possible but it will shatter a rack…YMMV

I agree. Whatever tip came on my BK Rush, I just couldn't get along with it. Since switching to the Perfect Storm, I've noticed much better control and response along with a much more predictable cue ball location after the break.

What chalk are you using on your phenolic tip? I have noticed that Taom V10 doesn’t stick very well to my phenolic break cue tip, so I use Masters on it, then use V10 on my player cue.
I didn't try the Bulletproof break tip until after trying the Bulletproof Recoil tip, I liked the hit of the Recoil tip so much I tried the break tip, I don't know if it is the hardest hitting break tip but I know that it does all types of breaking well, power break,
does that well, what if your power break isn't working? Try a cut break? does that well too, playing 8 ball and you want to try 2nd ball break? does that well too, add changing speeds and adding spin and you should be able to find a break that will work on any table you are playing on.

+1 for the Bulletproof Break tips. I have one on a cheap players cue that has the cue ferrule replaced https://bulletproofbreaktips.com/products/bulletproof-1-z-break-tip-ferrule-combo-drilled-tapped and a Bulletproof break/jump with the clear tip https://bulletproofbreaktips.com/products/bulletproof-carbon-fiber-break-jump-cue . I have not had a single issue with either. Had them for 3+ years, only scuffed them ever so often. In all fairness, I have not tried to many others, but never once thought the need.

I would need to polish mine. Works fine and is the preferred tip for breaking here. That's not saying much, though --- this bunch wouldn't know a Samsara from a Sam Jones.
