breaking with cuetec break and jump cues

I hear those schons are really something. They say all you have to do is point and it makes the ball for you.

Yes, that's correct. All I have to do is point and my magical schon pockets the balls effortlessly.;)

Ain't a lot of "A" players (or "B" players, for that matter) shooting with cuetecs.

I know that a lot of people can't afford schons (start at about $450) but there are MUCH better hitting sticks out there for the same or a little more money than required to buy a cuetec---- low-end Mcdermotts come to mind.
Hell, a one piece Valley house cue ($20) hits better than a cuetec!

Bottom line, why waste your money on a cuetec. A Mcdermott, or even a Viking is a much wiser purchase.

But, if you just HAVE to get a cuetec make sure you get the optional infared laser sighting so you can shoot in the dark. COOOOLLL:p

There are two strong VA area players who both break with a cuetech. Earl Strickland won a lot of championships breaking with that cuetech. Mark Tadd won a lot of CASH shooting with that black cuetech break cue. Allison Fisher won quite a bit with a cuetec. The first 9 ball tournament I ever won was with a cuetec. Would I have one now...NO....but I would never discredit them.
