Has anyone experimented with breathing techniques on the final stroke?
For example: At the final address of QB your breath can be in whatever stage. Stay still until ready to inhale and move the cue back while taking that breath.
There is a pause while you exhale & inhale again, now as you exhale the forward motion of the stroke is executed. This pause would be short especially if you smoke.
I heard an instructor mention the 'magic word' at various stages of shouting routine that signals a go ahead for the next stage.
This includes a green light on the final stroke.
Anyone has done that?
Thanks
