Brianna Products Ring Cutter: Junk!!

carguy, you're not the only one dissatisfied with Brianna. I bought some lathe pins from him a few years back. they were long and had female threads on one end and male threads on the other. the price was about $150.00. I never received the pin for an Accu-Lock joint. after several emails to him, he finally sent me a negative response; telling me he had already sent it to me in the original order. so, I finally gave up on it.

about six months later, I changed to a smaller, more accurate chuck and they wouldn't go through the back of the chuck and I had to cut them in two because of the lenght to use them. SURPRISE ! , they wouldn't screw together straight ! they were tapped from each end and the hole did not line up in the middle where the threads met. most of them were off by 1/8". I had to pay dearly for somebody to true them up and make them useable. no wonder I was having nightmares trying to get the butt line up with rhe shaft when I did repairs !!!!!

of course, I had no recourse since I had modified them. took my loss (not suggesting that you do the same) and put them on my list to never buy from again. d

I had a similar incident involving lathe pins. When I approached him about them he said they were some junky ones he had for a while, but that he had newer ones that were better. He offered them to me at a discount as compensation for the bad ones (4 out of 5) from the first batch. I later had to return 2 more for replacement as they were as bad as the first ones. I've learned my lesson.

looks like at least three customers are not happy with Brianna's products...

d_flash was a former employee of mine & I am the person who trued up the lathe pins for him (at no cost)....like somebody mentioned earlier, I believe that their equipment needs aligning or is way old and inaccurate...

I have no axe to grind, but there are too many people more interested in $ than quality control in the world of billiards.... j :(
