The bridge being out won't make that much difference. The route will go through downtown Louisville instead of going around so it more of a straight line trip. Should be the same time as before. Maybe more traffic.

I64 bridge out

No,you take I65N(exit 1B) towards Indianapolis go 6mi to I265W(exit6B) go another 6mi to exit 0(exit to the left) to I64W go 2mi to exit123,that puts you on the Indiana side of the bridge,I go this way for work about 2-3 times a week.

You best bet would be to look at Mapquest. For the most part, the detour is only for the Kentucky side of the river going to Indiana.
