fIRST YOU SHOULD BE PAID IN TWO INSTALLMENTS. The first should be the price of the cue as compared with other cues you've sold and what the current market and competitors get. He should be aware in writing that this may not satisfy you and you should get your money and think it over. If he's a special friend you might go one route after that. But first get the bird in the hand. WOrk on the bush later wether it be going to court or just dunning him out of the loss you took. You might have to educate him in your shop as to why you have to charge so much for a cue like that. He was the wrong one. You are right. Don't change that.
