Just curious, but what would a cuemaker charge to cut a broom handle off at 29", and install a 3/8 10 pin in it...?

is $50 fair... or is that not enough?

Wish you were closer!
It is a gag gift for a buddy. He is always talking about how he can run racks with anything as long as it has a 314 shaft

Long time ago, I was playing a friend for a few bucks, had Him down, and I had heard the broom stick thing before, so I told him I would play the next set with a full on broom to give him a chance to win some back. First and last time I ever did It, but I ended up winning another 80 bucks from him. I used one of the thick handled brooms (bristles and all) with the round end and just chalked the end up really well between shots.

I have one, the bottom broom part screws off or you can leave it on, did a 3/8x10 pin at the joint so I can use my shaft, have had a bunch of fun out of it over the years.
