antique cue

Hello.I have for sale a unique cue in original condition and is !! $280 !! shipped. .

OTHER: Butt 29" L -- 15.85 oz -- looks to roll pretty true to me-- there is a very fine crack about an inch below the joint -- I have had no issues with the crack. Flared butt cap. The line in the Hoppe ring is not crack, it is engraved. The owner did that with all his cues for identification purposes I guess
Shaft: 25 1/2" L -- 3.5 oz -- 11.3 mm tip -- has a very very slight bend -- when screwed together there is a lift at the joint but the cue rolls good so I think the lift ids because of the flared butt cap.

no love for this unique cue? Here's the story, but I have no proof. I was told this cue was purchased at an estate sale of a prominent Jazz Musician in Lower Manhattan. There were about 8 cues as part of the sale and all of them had an engraved line in them like this one. I guess it was his way to i.d. them. The gentleman who bought it said there were records on the wall but he wasn't into Jazz so he couldn't remember the guys name. I too am not into Jazz, but I tried to research and couldn't come up with anything. The Musician would have passed away about 9 years ago. Maybe someone on here also attended the estate sale and can remember the guys name. Anyway I think this is a nice cue. It is short, but I used in in my barbox pool league so the length really didn't bother me. The white joint is not ivory, but some kind of plastic? And as Paul Harvey would say "And now you know the rest of the story"
