Bang in Ballz has a bunch of Rasson OX bar boxes, I'll be there Sunday night to check them out.I was at the expo this year and there was one in the Brunswick booth. Savanah was playing on it and I watched her play for about 15 min. The rails were playing exactly like a Gold Crown. 10’ away were Diamond 7’ that were bouncing like super balls. If you prefer the way a GC plays, you will love it.
Later at night I went back but the booth was closed, and the balls were put away. I was able to touch the table though and the fit and finish was really good. No issues that I saw. I also leaned into it and it felt solid.
Aesthetics in person were really good. It had a good family resemblance to the Gold Crown 6.
I’d recommend it over a Diamond due to the proper cushion response. That’s my opinion.
Also Brunswick makes a 7’ Black Wolf Pro table that looks commercial and has SuperSpeed cushions. I think its retail price is 5k. (The GC Coin I believe does not have superspeed cushions).
Yeah, me too. This is probably what I would buy if buying new and 7'.View attachment 775591 Really like the look of this one!
Different strokes for different folksBlack Wolf, that’s one ugly table.
Looks like a cheap Chinese knock-off. Oh wait, it isYeah, me too. This is probably what I would buy if buying new and 7'.
Well, Diamond has had one look for 30 years, and its quite polarizing at that. Most other brands have several styles to fit many preferences.Looks like a cheap Chinese knock-off. Oh wait, it isMakes Diamond look gooooood

You need to get out more.Well, Diamond has had one look for 30 years, and its quite polarizing at that. Most other brands have several styles to fit many preferences.
I didn’t even know they made a bar box. InterestingBang in Ballz has a bunch of Rasson OX bar boxes, I'll be there Sunday night to check them out.
What room is that. I’ve only seen a few that have GC’s and DiamondsYou need to get out more.
But the difference I see in the two brands at the room I play at is Diamonds have people playing on them, open to close, with a wait list.
The Gold Crowns are vacant.
Do you know if it was the standard or the pro model? They look very similar on the Brunswick site. The standard does not have superspeed cushions, the pro does. Standard is $3600, Pro is $4900. I have personally never played on either.I recently played on a new 9 foot Brunswick Black wolf and it was a horrible table in every respect.
