Brunswick Antique tables buying advice!!?

I have been doing some research lately and have come across some pool tables. Luckily, I found this forum! I do have pictures if anyone would like to see them, but I came across some old antique tables.

To be more specific, the tables are the conqueror, monroe, medalist, and the madison. They are all in fairly good structural shape, but could use a sanding, and polish. There are also two other tables which are from rebco which are also fairly nice. All of these tables have been in a pool hall which is being shut down and I have been offered to buy them all. I was first offered the medalist and conqueror for 5,000 a piece, the medalist and monroe for 2k, and the two rebcos for 700 a piece. He wants them out because of the lease, so he offered all six for 10k. My question is if I am getting a good deal, and could i lose in this situation? He is also including new felt for all of them, all the cues from the pool hall, and sets of balls for them all.

Overall, how much are these tables worth? Or any suggestions from anyone? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have pics I can send over e-mail. Also if anyone is interested in the tables..

Depending on where you are. i think that the best restorers out there are at the following link www.bankshotantiques.com you could look over their inventory and get an idea. these 2 guys are great to work with and will work out a deal if need be.and also give you an idea on what industry pricing ranges are.....................mike
