Brunswick balke "anniversary'' table

I have an 1945 Brunswick balke " anniversary" pool table . The table has been in the same house since new and is in great shape but will need new felt . I also have the cue rack , 10 cues, the balls, and two brigdes . The table is in Jonesborough tn . Make me an offer .
