Brunswick Cue Identification

I have been looking all over for more information on the following cue. Does anyone know any information and if possible a valuation on the cue? I was told it was made by Joss or Schon for Brunswick and possibly made by Eddie Chin(sp??).

That is along the same lines that I was told by someone else. Anyone else have any additional info on these as I'd love to know more about the cue. It's the only one I've ever seen, and I've yet to find any info on it the more I search. I was told to post in on here as they said someone on here should know more about it.

Contacted Dan Janes (Joss) and he gave me a link to their archives which shows what Brunswick cues they built. This cue definitely wasn't built by Joss. Still waiting on replies from Brunswick and Schon. If anyone has any other ideas, let me know.

Could you share the link to the archives please? I would be interested in checking that out.

I think it might be a Brunswick made by Falcon. It would have been one of their nicer models. Here's a picture of one I have that's a Falcon. Plays great, very sharp points, Cortland wrap, etc. Nice old cues...

Just goto http://www.josscues.com and click on Cue Archives in the left menu. The page that comes up looks like a feedback submission form but if you put your e-mail in and hit submit, it will take you to the Cue Archives with categories & pictures of each type of cue they have sold in the past.

Steve, it does look similar to that cue (albeit more inlays/ringwork). Thanks for the hint, I will contact Falcon next.

the point wood on this series of brunswicks is really beautiful. i've got a couple with that logo, and only now did i find out they were from falcon.

Your cue

If it has a 5/16-18 pin it was not made by Joss Cues. If it has a 5/16-14 pin it was made to Brunswick's specifications by Joss Cues many moons ago.
Nick :)

I thought at first it had the same thread pin as my Joss, Schon, and Falcon but just attempted to thread those shafts on the cue and it only gets about a thread on before becoming difficult (which leads me to believe that it is the 18 thread pitch instead of the 14). Also, the listings that Dan Janes directed me to reinforces the statement that Joss did not create the cue for Brunswick as it was not a model shown in those listings.

So... Who made it? Anyone know who made cues of this quality for Brunswick? Its inlay and veneer work is very exacting and excellent.

i can see its 18. i thought posted that originaly. thats how i knowfor a fact its not a joss or falcon. the cue screams japan
