Hi, I think this is what your cue once was - a Brunswick Master Stroke.

Willie Hoppe Professional or Titlist cues have different colour veneers at the points, whereas the Master Stroke, Tru-Balance etc were all simple hardwood spliced into maple.
Looks as though someone has had the ivory 'Hoppe' ring added later.
Your cue needs a fair amount of work to get back to showroom shine.

The striations are more bone like then ivory....there also seems to be some bone fleck
